Using the app
We can help with basic operations such as creating, editing, and saving scores. If you're unsure how to do something, attaching a screenshot of your screen helps us assist you more quickly.
Purchases and restores
ShamiScore's paid features are available through In-App Purchases on the App Store. If a purchase doesn't appear after changing devices or reinstalling, please try "Restore Purchases" within the app. If that doesn't resolve it, please email us with a description of the situation only — there's no need to share information other than the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Reporting a bug
If the app isn't working correctly or data isn't being saved properly, please contact us with the following information.
- Your device (e.g., iPhone 15, iPad Pro, MacBook Air)
- OS version (iOS / iPadOS / macOS)
- Your ShamiScore version
- What happened and the steps you took
