Store Privacy Policy

Current availability

Purchases, sign-in, and downloads are paused. The current introduction pages do not accept new account registrations or payments. The Website Privacy Policy covers visits to these pages and support emails.

Information from past store use

Registration information such as account identifiers and email addresses, order information, and download records retained from past use are handled as needed for support, record verification, investigating abuse, and security. Pausing the store does not automatically delete these records.

The current store infrastructure uses Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2. We do not receive payment card numbers. Information about past payments is also governed by the policies of the payment service used at the time.

Review, correction, and deletion

Email support@shamisen.app to discuss reviewing, correcting, or deleting information you previously provided. We will verify your identity as needed. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Reopening

Before resuming or changing authentication, purchases, or delivery, we will update this policy to describe the features and information practices then in use.
